Trying to find this guy a good home.

I got sketch as a project, he was to go to a sale barn and I saw something in him so I bought him before that was his fate.
I found the original breeder and owner, he is registered, however I do not have the papers.
The pros:
Sturdy strong and athletic
Healthy feet
No colic, ulcers, no maintenance
Very intelligent
Very well mannered on the ground
Loads, ties, saddles and takes a bridle (with some encouragement) lounges both directions, yields to pressure.
The bad:
He needs sedated for farrier work he is terrified of the farrier
He is not broke, per his original owner he had extensive lounge line training when he was younger but only took a rider once. He shows no signs of rearing or bucking
He is still very skiddish around people (this is the reason I have not tried to ride him yet)
Hard to catch in the field.
If you’ve made it this far all and all he is incredibly intelligent, he needs consistent work to progress which I am unable to provide. With a solid 30-60 day program and consistent work I think he would make a great riding horse.
