Rosie is a fancy 2011 AQHA cow bred mare that stands 14 hands tall. This red roan mare is truly an all around type of horse: she has a strong background in team sorting, having won money in the ranch sorting pen; she has been in a youth reining program and is suitable for handy youth; she likes to trail ride in the mountains or through town; and she has done most everything you could ask of a ranch horse.

Rosie is well bred with Peptoboonsmal ($28M sire) and High Brow Hickory (LTE $197292, $4M sire) on her papers along with Boonsmall Cee Lena (LTE $157993; NCHA Reserve Champ) and Quixote Mac (NCHA World Champ). She is also registered in Foundation Quarter Horse Registry and the American Ranch Horse Association.

She is always ready to go, and she will go all day if needed. Rosie has a one hand neck rein and responds well to leg pressure. She has a nice handle and solid reining maneuvers... spins, flying lead changes, side passes, etc. She is a finished reiner bu what she really loves is working cattle. She will run them down and track well. She has roped a few on the ranch as well. She is a favorite here when cows need gathered and sorted. On the trails, she will head out alone or in a group, and she is happy to lead, follow, or ride in the middle of the string. She will lead the pack horse, and she is high line savvy. She has seen plenty of wildlife including elk and bear. She's also been exposed to all the bikes, strollers, and vagrants that municipal trails can offer as well. Rosie is easy to catch, saddle and bridle. She has been sound and healthy. She is current on coggins, vaccinations, and deworming. Rosie has x-rays and prepurchase on file.
