He's never offered to buck or rear under saddle, has no known vices or bad habits, and is always the first to meet you at the gate.

Phoenix was bred by an Egyptian Arabian enthusiast and carries a pedigree rich in Egyptian bloodlines, including several generations of influential Imperial Arabian breeding.

While still green in overall riding experience, Phoenix has developed a nice foundation in his flatwork. He walks, trots, and canters and can extend and collect within each gait in response to the rider's seat. His canter work and transitions are still developing. He is a naturally balanced mover, and his training has emphasized correct fundamentals, suppleness, and responsiveness. He has also been worked over ground poles and cavalettis and responds well to voice cues.

Phoenix has trail ridden both alone and with other horses, hauled to an introductory endurance ride, and handled new environments with a sensible, willing attitude. He becomes more confident and polished with consistent riding.
