No, he is not panel tested.
Standing 15.1 hands, with a solid western performance start, including showmanship & working arena trail… ground driven etc.
He’s been used recently (2026) in Grand Entry/Parades and trail ridden…and excelled in it all !!!
Frankies’ smart… has all the gears yet, offers More WHOA than GO!!
Smooth, Even…level-extended trot, slow easy lope etc… quick back & turns… He’s honest, gregarious, loves people & NEEDS a VERY experienced, confident rider who’s not only quiet minded but prepared to correct & direct his lack of attention…
Frankie is NOT a kids horse..!!! Nor is he for someone who’s ridden only finished horses….Although he’s had a great performance start, circles & arena work aren’t for him…He gets bored & that’s when things get western… This guy is a “thinker”….always. Therefore, he needs a solid rider & a job that challenges him constantly…He would excel in Drill, days on end trail riding or even gritty ranch/cow work…. He can move out, in fact haul ass, so chasing cans or any other rocket donkey nonsense might be worth your time…
UTD on vaccinations & currently in front shoes Frankie has absolutely ZERO maintenance!! Loads/Hauls/bathes/clips/low man in a pasture setting and good with small animals including goats…;)
