Stormy is a beautiful, two year old black Friesian/ quarter horse cross mare with tons of potential for someone looking for a young horse to bring along their own way.
She is currently in training that aligns with her maturity level and mind. She has been handled since birth and not pushed, giving her a nice foundation while allowing her the time she needs to grow.
Stormy is easy to catch, trailers, good for the farrier, and has been exposed to the everyday sights and sounds of life, including dogs, tractors and fireworks. She is a curious and affectionate young mare who is very smart and is quick to figure things out.
She has the beautiful presence of a Friesian combined with versatility of the quarter horse and could make a really nice prospect for someone who enjoys developing a young horse and building a partnership from the ground up.
Stormy is still young, so it would be nice to see her go to someone with the experience and patience to continue her education and give her the time that she needs to mature into a wonderful show partner.
She tests negative for Friesian and Quarter horse panels. $8500 bit price will go up with training.
