His dam is a buckskin mare (photos 5 & 6), standing 1.63 m / 16.0 hh, and his sire is a black stallion (photos 7 & 8), standing 1.68 m / 16.2 hh.

Hunter is a beautiful combination of both parents, and he is certainly following in their footsteps when it comes to size.

What makes Hunter particularly special is his character. He is incredibly steady, brave and unflappable. He takes new situations in his stride and has the kind of sensible, trustworthy nature that is becoming increasingly difficult to find.

At the same time, he has the size, movement and quality to make a very interesting sport prospect. We can see him developing into a beautiful all-round riding horse, suitable for dressage and other sport disciplines, while his confident nature should also make him a wonderful partner for safe and relaxed trail riding in the future.
