Assy is an extremely well-bred, exquisite gray Arabian gelding with size, looks, athletic ability, and an exceptional mind. At 5 years old and standing 15.3+ hands, he is truly a stunner.
He has two screws in his front fetlock. The joint is clean, and he is completely sound. X-rays are available and can be emailed for review.
He has raced successfully with the screws in place and has had no issues affecting his performance. He is currently in full training and is beginning his endurance career, where he is doing very well. I’m happy to keep him and continue his endurance career if the right buyer doesn’t come along.
I haven’t seen anything faze him. He stands patiently tied, is easy to get on and off, trailers perfectly, gets along well with other horses, and is an easy keeper. He has the temperament and disposition to potentially make a wonderful husband horse.
Under saddle, Assy is adjustable and easy to ride. He will give you a slow or fast trot, a slow or fast canter, and switches leads with ease.
Even on his very first trail ride, he never put a foot wrong. He handled everything like he’d been doing it forever and was simply a pleasure to ride.
I could see Assy excelling in endurance — my favorite — dressage, jumping, trail riding, or take him in any direction you want. He has the breeding, athleticism, and mind to do it.
He is up to date on everything and ready to go. And yes, he really is that exquisite — he’s the kind of horse that catches your eye immediately.
