Zara is a super cute, athletic 5 year old, 13.2hh Mustang pony mare. She was gentled about a year ago, and came to Mythos for under saddle training. She has been very straightforward; riding walk, trot, canter with multiple different riders! She can be a little more whoa than go, but with a confident rider, she has plenty of go and loves to jump! She’s been out on the trail, crossing water and bridges, and loves to ride bareback! She is currently jumping 2’6”- 2’9” courses, with the odd 3’3” jump thrown in, so she has plenty of scope! She had her debut in the show ring this June at the Sunrise Mini Trial and competed there again in July. At both events, she competed in Dressage, Stadium Jumping and Cross Country finishing 4th and 5th overall! This girl will be a fun project for a handy kid to continue bringing along, or a small adult to enjoy and has the potential for a variety of disciplines! She is friendly, easy to handle, brave to the jumps and very willing and uncomplicated! Update! Zara traveled to the Mustang Symposium at The Wild Horse Refuge in Craig, CO to be a demo horse and showed everyone how cool Mustangs can be!
