Meet Trigger; older Palomino gelding about 16 hands (big stout guy), he saddles well, and would make for a good trail horse for an experienced rider (he seems partial to men as well). Loading wise, Trigger would prefer a trailer with a ramp. We have ridden him within our pastures for the past two years, he's a good, sweet boy who has enjoyed being a pasture pet. We purchased Trigger in March 2024 and it was noted on their vet exam that he has a small cornea scar in his left eye which has not impaired him at all. In August 2024 we had our vet assess and it was noted he has mild arthritis in his rear right hock and they provided us butte to use as needed (sometimes we give before a ferrier appointment, but half the time forget and he does fine). Trigger was wormed using Equi-bits back in August 2026, and I administered his Equi-Jec 6 vaccine on 9/22/2026 (have card for documentation purposes) Trigger spends his day in about a 2 acre pasture and gets to enjoy his stall each night. Where he gets equine senior grain, horse guard vitamins and MSM each night along with a couple flakes of Marcola valley hay. He can be pushy at times, but he also is the first one to whinny at us to say hi and gives sweet kisses. Gentle on fences, currently paired with an older mare, and selling due to changes in our circumstances.
