FULL OR HALF ONSITE LEASE—WARRENTON, VA
Due to the owner’s upcoming surgery, a free six-month full or half lease is available for Will, a sound, 16-hand, 20-year-old bay Thoroughbred and former eventer.

Will is well trained and has an excellent temperament. He walks, trots, canters, and jumps. He does not spook and has no vices or naughty behaviors. An intermediate-to-advanced, tactful rider is preferred.

Will is located at a private barn in the Warrenton, Virginia , with the owner on-site. The property includes a sand riding ring with jumps and an outside grass riding area with additional jumps. Instruction is available, or you may use your own insured instructor.

• Full lease: $525 per month; lessee is responsible for all farrier and necessary veterinary expenses.
• Half lease: $300 per month; farrier and necessary veterinary expenses are shared
• Stall, feed, hay, and grain are included
