Ozzy needs some ride time, and I don't have time to work him. He is not mean, just a little stubborn at times because he has not been ridden in a while. I am 100% positive that once someone takes the time to work with him, he will be ready to get back to being a work/trail horse. Some of the issue is that his teeth need to be floated.

Meet Ozzy, a registered APHA gelding standing 15. 1 hands tall with a striking black-and-white splash pattern, refined head, kind eye, long legs, and balanced build. He’s every bit as handsome under saddle as he is standing in the pasture. Ozzy has a wonderful personality to match his looks. He’s friendly, personable, easy to catch, and always happy to see you—especially if grooming and treats are involved! He loves attention and genuinely enjoys spending time with his people.

Although he’s spent more recent years on the trail, he steps back into arena work easily. He carries himself well and has a smooth trot and comfortable lope. With his elegant build, athletic movement, and willing attitude, we also think he could make a very eye-catching English prospect.
Ozzy is intelligent, curious, and enjoys learning. When introduced to something new, he wants to figure it out rather than worry about it, making him a fun and rewarding horse to develop. He has excellent ground manners, gets along well with other horses, and stands quietly for the veterinarian, farrier, bathing, grooming, and tacking.

Ozzy would be best suited for a confident rider who enjoys building a partnership and continuing a horse’s education. He has the experience, brains, athletic ability, and foundation to go in several directions.
