Hughey has been a barn favorite since the day he was born! This sweet, goofy colt looks like a clone of his imported sire, Ike, who stamped all of his foals with the most wonderful brain! Hughey is basically a blank slate in the training department with exception to the basics. He is scheduled to be gelded in the fall, as he is just figuring out girls smell nice! He has zero bad habits! Hughey stalls fine, but generally is pastured with his half brother 24/7. He leads fine single or double with his brother, never needs a shank, loads fine, is great for the vet. Im looking to downsize my herd of Lipizzaners. Willing to negotiate a bit with him and open to possible trades if he is purchased before he is sent off for light backing over the winter. His siblings have gone to both amateur and professional barns. This colt will be someone’s best friend and partner for life! I think he would be perfect with his small build to be work eq superstar! His sire was a driving horse in Topolcianky, and he would be quite handsome in that profession too!
