Info on Merdana :

Merdana is a 2004 purebred Akhal-Teke mare, standing 15 hands and bred by Phil Case. I’ve owned her for 10 years, and she has truly done a little bit of everything—jumpers through Beginner Novice, fox hunting, hunter paces, trail riding, and more.

She is as safe and sensible as they come. Bombproof, sane, and incredibly trustworthy. She can be ridden bareback and in a halter in the pitch black and doesn’t care if other horses take off without her. No buck, bolt, rear, or spin. She is the kind of horse you can simply enjoy.

Merdana had a foal in 2013 and has been a wonderful partner for me over the years. She can still walk, trot, canter, and happily do small jumps. She has no history of lameness, ulcers, colic, or hormonal issues and requires no maintenance.

Currently barefoot behind with front shoes. Her diet is simple—hay, a balancer, and a hoof supplement.
