This absolutely stunning 6-year-old, 15-hand AQHA registered grullo gelding is as handsome as they come! With his gorgeous grullo coloring, bold zebra-striped legs, stout athletic build, and beautiful presence, G is the kind of horse that turns heads wherever he goes. But his looks are only the beginning of what makes him so special.
G is an exceptionally well-broke, versatile gelding who rides beautifully both English and Western. He is soft in the bridle, willingly accepts contact, bends and yields, and responds beautifully to leg cues. He has a wonderful handle, picks up his leads, stops willingly, backs easily, side-passes, and offers a nice turnaround. He is responsive without being overly sensitive and willingly moves out when asked.
Under English tack, G rides beautifully in a simple snaffle and offers a soft, connected feel. Switch him over to Western, and he is equally comfortable relaxing into a long-and-low frame. His responsiveness, willingness to work with contact, and natural athleticism make him a fabulous Western Dressage prospect! He also has the versatility to be enjoyed in English riding, Western riding, ranch work, and a variety of other disciplines.

In the two and a half years G has been with us at Twilight Farms, he has accompanied us on TWO trips to Montana, gaining the kind of genuine mountain and backcountry experience that simply cannot be manufactured.
His first adventure included riding and camping in Yellowstone National Park, where he experienced unfamiliar terrain, wildlife, and the many sights and sounds of the great outdoors.
This fall, G returned to Montana with us for another incredible adventure, this time exploring both the east and west sides of Glacier National Park, where he logged many more miles riding through breathtaking mountain and backcountry terrain.
These are not simply occasional trail rides around the farm. G has accumulated countless hours of genuine riding experience, traveling through unfamiliar country and encountering the challenges that come with real-world adventures.
His seasoning is an asset that money simply cannot buy. The confidence and experience he has developed are the result of genuine miles in the saddle, and that is something no amount of arena training can replace.
