Whisper is the ultimate Irish hunting mare — experienced, genuine, incredibly comfortable and beautifully uncomplicated.
A proven hunter in both Ireland and the UK, Whisper has masses of scope and will happily take her place up front and jump the bigger country, yet is equally content to sit quietly behind and safely escort her rider around for the day.
She is also fantastic cross-country — brave, honest and straightforward, with plenty of scope. She takes you to a fence without being strong or complicated and gives her rider a wonderful feeling across country.
Despite her size and ability, Whisper is very much an amateur/lady-friendly ride. She is confidence-giving, uncomplicated and has the sweetest temperament. She doesn’t need to be ridden every day and is the type you can simply get on and enjoy.
She is excellent in traffic and around farm machinery, stands quietly at the mounting block and is sensible enough to pony another horse from.
Whisper has never bucked, reared or bolted and has no stable vices.
Away from the hunt field, she has a fantastic all-around résumé including cross-country, show jumping, dressage, showing, clinics, fun rides and general riding.
She is easy to load, trailer, travel, shoe, clip, catch and handle, and is equally happy turned out alone or in company.
