Charlie is by AQHA/APHA Kolored by Krymsun and out of AQHA Blackmoon Jackie.
He has AQHA papers but can also get APHA papers easily if desired.
He is a 2022 gelding, bred and raised by Double Creek Farm in Lowgap, NC.
He was started in 2025 by Lusk Horsemanship Training and has been trail ridden, extensively solo, or with other horses. He stands 15.1 and rider in the videos etc is 6’2.
He is sound, will vet, and has no vices.
He is quiet in the stall or turned out, and you can leave him up in the barn for weeks and get him out and get right on him.
He’s been used to pony young horses and to catch mares out in the pasture. He has a bit of a motor, and he’s right there if you call on him, but he’s not “hot”.
He has smooth jog, trot, lope and canter and a very nice ground covering, “check the fencelines” walk but is not one you have to hold back.
He has a very good turnaround and stop on him, making him an ideal candidate for a rope or barrel horse, but he also has the slow gears as well.
He is very responsive and soft and willing and for that reason I would say he’s best suited for an intermediate to experienced rider at this time, he is not spooky and there’s no bad habits to worry with he just is quick and ready when you are.
