Manny is a well-trained, athletic, and versatile horse with a willing temperament, expressive movement, and the ability to adapt to different riding programs.

Throughout his career, he has primarily been ridden English but is also comfortable and capable riding Western. Over the past year, Manny has been in a consistent training program at Rose Gate Farms in Argyle, Texas. During this time, he has been hauled to several local shows, where he successfully performed in both English and Western classes with multiple riders, including a junior rider.

He is responsive, willing, and genuinely wants to please his rider. He can be ridden in a hackamore, snaffle, or curb bit, and is comfortable working both on a loose rein and on the bit. When asked, he readily collects and responds well to both leg and hand aids.

He stands quietly for mounting from either the ground or a mounting block and walks off calmly and willingly. Manny picks up his leads, is comfortable with lateral work, and has the responsiveness and trainability to continue advancing in his education.

He has expressive, athletic movement and carries himself with confidence and energy. He has good ground manners and is exceptionally well-trained, but he can occasionally be a bit forward or pushy with a less experienced rider. For this reason, he is best suited to an intermediate-to-experienced rider, ideally in a training program with a rider who can help him continue to reach his full potential.

He has a solid foundation of training, proven show experience, athleticism and adaptability to excel in a variety of programs. He is a wonderful opportunity to acquire a seasoned, well-trained partner with a great deal of experience and plenty left to give.
