Don't let the “red mare” stereotype drive you away! Bonnie is a wonderful 14.2h registered 2023 AQHA rubicano filly. She is cutting lines through and through and it shows in her bravery, athleticism, willingness, and honesty. Truly one of the nicest fillies I have had the pleasure of working with.
She has had a year of consistent riding, exposure, and love. She has been to shows (earning a few ribbons in the ranch classes) in the mountains (including overnight camping trips), all the local barns, ponied some wiley colts and been ponied. She has been exposed to cattle and I can swing a rope off her and drag stuff, but hasn’t been roped off of.
She crosses water, bridges, teeter totters, ditches, tarps and every other obstacle I have put her in front of with ease. Open and closes gates with confidence. She rides out alone or in a group all the same. She is also hobble broke, and can be ridden in a hackamore, in a snaffle, curb bit, or even bridleless.
This is a horse that anyone can handle on the ground and any rider can feel comfortable on because she knows her job well and is happy to do it. She could go on to your next show prospect, lesson horse, or trail mount. She can do a little bit of everything, and at only 3yrs old she has a whole lot to offer. While anyone could ride this horse because she is safe and simple to ride, she is best suited for an experienced home because she is still young, learning, and a bit sensitive. She would excel in the ranch or cutter ring
No vices, no maintenance, no schemes. Just a good little horse ready to go to her next home.
