Omaha is a Buckskin Dun 3yr old Fjord Draft X Mare standing at 15-15.1 hands tall and stout enough to carry a bigger rider. We bought Omaha and 3 of her siblings straight from a local breeder so we know her entire history. She is out of a registered Fjord stallion and her mom was a percheron cross.

Omaha is an EXCELLENT trail horse she will go anywhere down the trails. She’s been in the river, through the creeks, and across little wooden bridges. She will leave home alone just fine or separate out on the trail. She rides front, back, or middle in a group. She is a confident mare that does NOT spook easily and she is very smart.

She’s easy to catch out in the field and gets along well with other horses. She’s an easy keeper NO maintenance required. She has good ground manners and stands well for mounting and the farrier. She loads right in the trailer and backs right out and hauls well.
I have let her sit with a couple of months off of work and been able to just saddle her up cinch up both cinches and go down the road with NO problem. She’s fine with traffic as well and has been ridden down a busy road with lots of different types of traffic.

She has been ponied and she has also ponied other horses before. She knows how to move off of the leg. Her trot is easy to post to and her canter is nice and smooth.
