He is sure-footed and confident and doesn’t get bothered by wildlife, dogs, traffic, farm equipment, bicycles, or the unexpected things you encounter along the way. He’ll ride in the front, middle, or back of the group and is content to take his time and enjoy the scenery. Bentley has also been used around the ranch and knows what a day’s work is. He’s been around cattle, used to gather and push cattle, check pastures and fence lines, and open and close gates. He’s comfortable with the everyday commotion of ranch life and handles new situations with a level head. Bentley is not only gentle he is also broke! He reins around, backs and stops with ease.
