Sadie is a fun, athletic mare with a big motor and a lot of heart! She’s 10 yrs old, 14.3hh and built like a tank. She's a well bred QH but papers were lost a couple owners ago, so selling as grade. She is super sweet and in your pocket. Loves to have a job and please her rider. Easy to catch, load and all the good stuff. This mare will go all day! She doesn't have any quit in her.
With all that said, Sadie needs a confident, fair, experienced rider. She is NOT a kid's/beginner horse. She needs someone with light hands and a good awareness of where and how they apply pressure. We have ridden her mostly in a hackamore and she responds very well to it. She is a mare and has her own opinions, but if she can trust her rider, she has a heart of gold and will do anything for you. I think she would make a fantastic endurance or ranch horse. She needs a job and somewhere to put all that energy. We have mostly trail ridden and used her to move cows occasionally. Played with the rope a little but nothing extensive. If you're looking for your next ranch/endurance partner, this may just be the mare for you!
Asking $5000 but flexible on price to a good home.
