Offered for your consideration is this sharp bay Kentucky Mountain gelding, Rio! This kind gelding is the total package! He is more than just good looking, he has smooth gaits, lopes softly and has been on all levels of trails. He crosses water ways and will swim rivers. Rio has been a crossed the Jack Fork River many times. Great on the road and with other horses. He is always a gentleman and is a good one for green horses to follow on the trail. Rio keeps steady energy and will work all day if you ask him too. He also does not mind a short hack here and there. Rio is good on the trail course obstacles in the arena. We use him for the little ones for lessons, and he is always attentive and kind. Rio has done the Pony Express ride, multiple weeklong trail events and has always stayed sound. No Vices, current on all vet work, good for the Farrier and Vet, single and cross ties, travels well and is ready for new adventures.
