Meet Tank (registered as Lester's Blue Temptation), a striking 2019 model blue roan Tennessee Walking Horse gelding standing at a stoic 15.3 hands. Coming out of Loid Stables, Tank is one of the most diversified and gentle geldings you will find, possessing an incredible gait and lope.
Advanced Desensitization & Training: Tank is broke to gunfire on the ground and from his back, handles the crack of a whip, and remains calm around traffic, barns, and woods. He is very comfortable around multiple dogs and working bird dogs. He handles pack gear, tarps, barrels, and hunting gear without a bother.
Unique Tricks & Accessibility: Tank lays down on command and allows you to mount while down—making horseback riding uniquely accessible—and will side pass to anything to be mounted. He is soft in the mouth and can be ridden bareback, bridgeless, double, in a herd, or away from a herd.
Ground Manners & Groundwork: Follows you like a puppy, respects your space, and is easy to catch in a stall or pasture. He is a dream to bathe, groom, and saddle, stands patiently for riders of any level, and trailers forward or backward with ease.
Veterinary Inspection: Backed by an official equine inspection from O'Brien Veterinary Hospital (John L. O'Brien, Jr., D.V.M.) dated November 5, 2022, confirming a sound heart, lungs, eyes, normal joint flexion tests, normal hoof testers on the front feet, and overall soundness of wind, limb, and sight.
