8 year old 16/16.1 hand 1300lb gelding.

Bobo is a wonderful horse I have owned his sense 6 months old, bred in washington state. He is mostly foundation QH bred western performance. Was started slow around 3yrs old rides english or western. Has experience trail riding alone or in groups, W/T/C has jumped. Did some very low level eventing. More go was going to use him for speed events. Has not been in consistent work for 3ish years. Finish him your way. Cross ties/bathes/fly sprays/blankets/DOES NOT CLIP.
Trailers well. Has not done it alot but gets right on. Stands at the trailer with hobbles. Yes he has been hobble trained from very young. Is ok for vet/farrier. Needs a experience handler he is not bad stands well with distraction. Does best with full set of shoes has all white feet. Does not do well on deep mud. I hobble him for shots to be safe use to strike when younger. Needs to be tranked for sheath cleaning.
He is a cribber. Not overly destructive. Tried to control with a collor makes him anxious and he can outsmart all of them.
Had a serious Knee injury (puncture close to joint capsule) in 2023 was in the hospital for 7 days. Made a complete recovery and is 100% sound. Developed ulcers due to hospital stay. Treated and scoped to ensure healed. I have him on daily herbal supplements for gut health.
Has Free fecal water syndrome. Does the best on a full forage only diet. No grain at all, no soy, wheat, oats, corn in anything including supplements and treats. Needs 2nd cut free choice hay. 1st cut irritates his gut and makes it very hard to control his FFWS. Does very well on pasture.
He is an extremely smart horse. Needs solid fencing. Will break through electic fencing. Can open snap clips. I use locking carabiners clips on everything.
He does not stall well. Needs 24/7 turnout with friends. He is playful and good with other horses. Not overly dominate but will take charge if he can.
He has been boarded before but i have him at home now. Probably best for a at home situation. He is not the easiest horse but hes a love. This is not an easy thing for me. He requires specific care to thrive. Needs a job hes bored I do not have the time he deserves. Will make someone an awesome horse. I will not sell him unless I know he will be taken care of properly. Can come with all his blankets. I can transport. Trials considered.
