Meet Teddy, a stunning bay gaited gelding standing at 15.1 hands tall with a star and snip. He is the perfect equine companion for all your trail-riding adventures, combining beauty, skill, and a dependable, beginner-safe disposition.
Riding & Gait Performance: Teddy is broke for any level of rider and can ride in the front, middle, or back of the group. He neck reins both ways, lopes, and is exceptionally smooth in his 4-beat gait.
Trail & Camping Experience: He has been carefully schooled to handle various terrains, obstacles, forests, streams, and hills without any worries. He has been on many camping trips and field trails, stands great on a pick line, and remains unfazed by unexpected sights and sounds.
Handling & Ground Manners: Teddy is quiet, sounds, loads and unloads (backs out well), and is great for the farrier and tacking up.
Veterinary Inspection: Backed by an official health inspection from Dr. Samantha Stapleton, D.V.M., confirming he was cooperative, showed no lameness at a running walk on a firm surface, had normal heart sounds with no murmurs, clear lung sounds, normal abdominal sounds, and clear, responsive eyes with attentive ears. His body condition score was a 4 out of 9, and his rectal temperature was 98.7°F.
