Meet Roller, a striking 5-year-old bay Friesian Sport Horse cross gelding standing 15.1 hands tall and weighing approximately 1,200 lbs. He offers the perfect blend of sporthorse athleticism with a calm, steady, and dependable nature that makes him an absolute pleasure to own.
Versatility & Experience: Roller has been ridden extensively throughout the Midwest on trail rides, featured in drill team performances, used for mounted shooting, given riding lessons, and proudly carried the American flag during grand entries.
Trail & Desensitization: A true point-and-go trail partner with no spook, buck, or foolish behavior. He confidently navigates deep water, steep hills, logs, ditches, creek crossings, and rough terrain. Completely traffic-safe and unbothered by trains, motorcycles, heavy equipment, skid loaders, tractors, cattle, dogs, cats, and wildlife.
Riding Comfort & Mounting: Roller offers an exceptionally smooth ride across all gaits (walk, trot, canter). He stands patiently to mount from a mounting block, picnic table, or directly from the side of a trailer.
Ground Manners & Keeping: An easy keeper whether stalled or pastured who gets along well with all horses. He has impeccable ground manners, stands quietly for the farrier, ties overnight at the trailer or on a picket line, and is comfortable both shod or barefoot.
Veterinary Inspection: Backed by an official pre-sale physical examination from Five Points Veterinary Care LLC (Adria Anderson, DVM) dated June 20, 2026. The examination recorded normal vitals (temp 100.1°F, pulse 32, respiration 20), normal eyes, ears, mouth, skin, and urogenital system, with all flexion tests negative and no indications of lameness or laminitis. Sells 100% sound in mind and body, and is current on vaccinations, dental care, deworming, and farrier work.
