Stunning 8-year-old registered APHA buckskin mare offered as a broodmare prospect only.
Freya is beautifully built with excellent conformation, good bone, a gorgeous head, and plenty of presence. She has a sweet temperament, has been well cared for, and does great with other horses.
She is retired from riding due to recurring hind suspensory injuries and is being sold strictly as a broodmare/no-riding home. This is the only reason she is up for consideration.
Freya is a maiden mare and tests all negative except for PSSM1 N/P1. She has never shown clinical symptoms, including through extended periods of stall rest and normal turnout. Genetic testing and veterinary records available.
Looking for a knowledgeable, responsible breeding home where she will be valued and well cared for. References required.
