Meet Lucy, a beautiful 5-year-old black Dutch Harness Horse cross mare standing 15.2 hands tall with a facial snip and right front sock. Lucy is the total package—a gentle, honest, and dependable mare that rides and drives with absolute grace and a kind, willing attitude.
Ride & Drive Versatility: Lucy transitions effortlessly between Western and English tack, making her an incredible choice for any family or program. She is also an exceptional driving mare who hitches easily and pulls with complete patience.
100% Bombproof & Kid Safe: Safe for riders of all experience levels, including children, with zero spook, buck, or bolt. She is 100% traffic-safe and sound (TSS) and fearlessly handles water crossings, logs, bridges, and rough terrain.
Ground Manners & Care: Exceptionally easy to catch, simple to saddle, stands tied quietly all day without pawing, and stands peacefully on a picket line during overnight camping trips. She loads into the trailer with ease, stands perfectly for the farrier, and requires no maintenance.
Veterinary Inspection: Accompanied by an official veterinary examination from R. Hammer, DVM Veterinary Services (Richard Hammer, DVM) updated to August 28, 2026, certifying her healthy and fit, alongside an official negative GVL EIA Coggins certificate issued September 3, 2026.
