Chief is the perfect horse.
Chief is a 5-year-old, 15-hand Friesian cross gelding with a beautiful, stocky build and an incredibly kind, willing disposition. He's the type of horse that's enjoyable to have around, whether you're riding, driving, or simply spending time with him.
He's broke exceptionally well to both ride and drive and has experience in a variety of settings. He's been on countless trail rides, ridden into town, attended dressage shows, and is just as happy being ridden bareback. We've even used him for lessons with young children!
Under saddle, Chief has a wonderfully smooth, easy-to-sit trot, picks up his leads, and is a comfortable, enjoyable ride. He's also been driven extensively and is equally pleasant in harness.
On the ground, Chief is a gentleman. He stands quietly in cross ties for grooming and tacking up, loads well, and has excellent ground manners. No bad habits, just a genuinely nice horse with a great mind.
Chief has the temperament, versatility, and experience to make someone a wonderful all-around partner. Whether your interests are trail riding, dressage, driving, or simply having a dependable horse to enjoy, he has so much to offer.
