He was started under saddle by a Portuguese trainer. He has three pure gaits, a very comfortable trot to sit and lovely canter. He is flashy and powerful! He has shown at 2nd level and has been in training under the capable guidance of Carlos Carneiro (Portugal), a USDF Gold Medalist and US Working Equitation champion. Rayito (Rico) has a charming and playful demeanor and has matured beautifully. He stands over 16H, not quite 16.1H and has a full barrel, wide body that takes up your leg - he rides like a 16.2H horse. He has the ability to perform collected movements and has been ridden by students new to dressage. Rayito is ready to bond with his forever person He's USDF/USEF lifetime registered, ANCCE revised, and will make a fantastic partner in or out of the arena. Located in Aiken, SC.
