Meet Forrest, an exceptional 3.5-year-old black Gypsy x Percheron x Quarter Horse cross gelding standing 15.3 hands tall with a facial star, strip, snip, and white hind socks. Forrest is a once-in-a-lifetime young partner that safely and gently builds rider confidence, offering a smooth, brave, and sure-footed ride.
Arena & Dressage Versatility: Features three easy-to-sit gaits with a wonderful balance of "whoa and go". Ridden both English and Western, he is exceptionally well-suited for dressage, Western dressage, or working equitation.
Trail & Water Master: Unmatched on the trails where nothing fazes him. Despite being young, he bravely leads older horses through water, over bridges, and around obstacles with a calm, easygoing demeanor.
Ground Manners & Handling: Polite and easy to manage in the barn, he stands quietly for grooming, bathing, vet care, and farrier work. He loves human attention, bonds quickly, and lives harmoniously in a mixed pasture herd.
Veterinary Inspection: Backed by an Equine Inspection Form from Woods End Equine Veterinary Services (Dr. Katherine Lounsbery, DVM) dated September 18, 2026, confirming normal vitals (temp 99.6°F), normal cardiovascular/musculoskeletal findings, negative hoof testers on all four feet, upper/lower medial splints on forelimbs noted as otherwise normal, and zero lameness observed during walking, trotting, or lunging on hard surfaces, alongside an official negative GVL EIA Coggins certificate drawn June 20, 2026.
