We have some some young mares that we need to make room for in our barn and are therefore regrettably offering two experienced broodmares to excellent homes. They are available in fall 2027 after their foals have been weaned and can be bred back to the Friesian Stallion, Andric, if desired. We can except payments until fall 2027. All money will be repaid if anything should happen to the mare prior to leaving for their new home fall 2027.

1) melody, 13 years old. Excellent, uncomplicated broodmare. Registered with the Friesian Heritage Horse registry. Melody is a Baroque Friesian mare with an extremely gentle, easy going nature. She is stunning with excellent gaits but is also gentle and very easy to work with. She has been used as a kids horse doing 4-h and jumping clinics as a four and five year old. Has been used as a broodmare since so will need a refresher.

- Cece's sire Onne 376 has made a name in both sport and breeding.
2) Cassey, is a large, Baroque mare with a very calm, gentle disposition. Nine years old and an excellent, uncomplicated broodmare. She is trained to trail ride and is a pleasure to be around. She passes on her gentle nature to her offspring. Cassey has been used as a broodmare for the last several years so would need a refresher.
