A pedigree packed with legends, a color that turns heads, and the kind of mind everyone is looking for! Meet Ash Iza Whiskey Kid, better known around the barn as Kid. Kid is a 15.1hh, 2021 model registered AQHA buckskin gelding with those gorgeous dun tiger stripes that make him stand out everywhere he goes. And he isn’t just good looking—his pedigree goes back to some of the greats, including Paddy’s Irish Whiskey, Hollywood Jac 86, and Kid Five Cody. Kid is the kind of horse you can saddle up, point down the trail, and enjoy the ride. He is safe, quiet, and dependable for riders of all levels. He’ll ride out alone or with a group, lead or follow, and isn’t looking for something to spook at around every corner. Kid has also earned his keep on the ranch. He’s been used around cattle and knows what a day’s work is all about. He’s handy, willing, and sensible, whether you’re getting a job done or just enjoying an afternoon horseback. To top it all off, Kid has been taken hunting in the Colorado mountains, where he’s handled steep mountain country, timber, wildlife, long days, and rugged terrain like an old seasoned horse. That kind of experience is hard to duplicate in an arena. Registered, gorgeous, well bred, ranch experienced, mountain proven, and safe enough for the whole family to enjoy—Kid checks the boxes that are hardest to find in one horse. Whether you’re looking for a dependable trail partner, a horse to use around the ranch, or simply a beautiful buckskin gelding you’ll be proud to own.
