I am liquidating all my horses following a 50 plus year breeding operation. Sunny is my very last weanling and the last I’ll ever have by my good son of Zips Chocolate Chip, Zips Master Plan.

Sunny is so named because he has such an upbeat disposition. He has exquisite gaits and a very laid-back disposition – quite suitable for a youth or amateur. Sunny hasn’t been handled much but has been handled right and is very kind and eager to learn and is very confident. He is smart but has no agenda and will be super trainable as are all the ZMPs. He has one of the most fluid lopes I’ve ever seen and a lovely jog and trot. He is quite able to move into a very ground covering trot but is typically pretty lazy so would rather go slow.

I expect him to mature at 15.2 or so. He has plenty of bone but will never be real bulky so will be flexible and fluid. His siblings by ZMP are doing everything under the sun from barrel racing, roping, extreme and arena trail, any arena event and many are competitive in versatility ranch horse events. This guy should make a really nice longe liner.

This boy will be a smooth ride and will profile very nicely. But his disposition is over the top kind and he’ll be a delight with whatever you choose to do.

This is a special price for a quick, uncomplicated sale. Due to shutting things down, this is much less than I usually get for a colt of this caliber. In addition, my wonderful old babysitter mare died unexpectedly and it will be difficult for me to winter him over. So make an offer and I’ll consider them all. Sunny is weaned and ready to go.
