Shalimar Charms “Amina” (Shalimar Alex X Shalimar Cheyenne) is a 14.0 hand, 23 year-old (June 2003) grey Arabian mare (AHR# 611953). Line bread Shalimar Colletta (Garaff x Collette) with Al-Marah Indraff as great-grandfather on tail-line and Winraff++ on the top-line and is near 100% CMK. She has conformation to die for and is able to fully roll back to back 5+ consecutive times. While she is a bit petite like most of the Shalimar mares, she rides like a big horse. Amina has professional western pleasure training with classical foundation. She has a true working western jog and a lope that is an absolute joy, both just amazing to ride. She is quite sweet, will stand ground-tied for saddling, farrier, and bathing. Loads and trailers calmly. UTD on vaccinations, teeth, regular trimming. 100% sound, no maintenance, and currently free-fed on grass hay. Amina is not spooky and cute as a button, but is soft to cues and very athletic so, advanced intermediate+ rider. While she is not a good match for a young kid or novice rider, and she would be well-suited for an older experienced 4-H kid or pony club and would be very striking in the show ring. A good home is an absolute must, asking 4k or make offer, in Laramie, WY. Please contact melanie.april.murphy@gmail.com
