Zorro is an 8 yr old Spotted saddle horse gelding. Zorro stands 15 hands tall and is very stocky. This gelding is extremely fun to be around and has a great personality.
Zorro is best suited for an advanced beginner rider, he is laid back and easy going but he is not a dead head. Zorro has ridden all over the mountains and hills of Tennessee and is an extremely experienced trail mount. If you need something sure footed that takes his time going down hills then this is the guy for you!
Zorro rides front, back, or center in a group and will cross logs, go through the deepest water… He will even swim! Zorro has been ridden by all level riders from children to elderly and all ages in between. This sweet guy is 100% traffic and dog safe.
You can ride him straight down the interstate and through town, and he won’t bat an eye. He also arena rides and rides next to other horses without any issues. Zorro is medium on the pecking order in a pasture, but he has also been stalled and is very well mannered in a stall. If you need a reliable gelding to take camping, do fun shows, or have the kids ride, then this is your guy! Zorro stands for mounting and dismounting, has an excellent whoa, and he neck reins like a dream!
