There are plenty of good horses out there, but every once in a while you come across one that is simply beautiful and different. Meet Wolf, a stunning 4-year-old gelding standing 15.3 hands tall who will get you noticed everywhere you go and has the experience, mind, and handle that youβd expect to find in a horse twice his age. He is 110% safe for ANYONE (Beginner Safe) to ride in the arena or outside, down the road, or on the trails. I believe this is THE BEST Gypsy Vanner I have ever seen! He has been exposed to just about everything you could ask for and takes it all in stride. Wolf has covered countless miles both under saddle and in harness. If you enjoy driving, Wolf is pretty impressive hooked up. He will stand quietly while being harnessed, steps into the shafts willingly, and waits patiently while you get settled before heading out. He has been used as a family horse to go to town and used during hay season single and double. He has been hauled to team ropings, barrel races, rodeos, worked cattle, been hog hunting, ridden through thick woods, creeks, rough boggy country, and traveled plenty of miles down the road. Traffic doesnβt bother him β cars, trucks, farm equipment, noise, tarps, and even trains donβt bother him. He has even proudly carried the American flag during the National Anthem. πΊπΈ He even lays down and sits up on command! Under saddle, Wolf has a great handle. He has a one-hand neck rein, has a great stop, turns around correctly, opens and closes gates, moves willingly wherever heβs pointed, and doesnβt need to be ridden every day to stay broke. Pull him out after sitting and go enjoy him. He rides Western or English, in English tack Wolf is a natural, his beautiful gaits and collection is just breathtaking! He took to fences like a natural. He has been schooled over 2'6" fences with tons of room to raise them higher. He is confident and honest to the fences and would make a great little hunter, short stirrup mount, or fox hunter. Under Western tack Wolf is phenomenal whether youβre wanting something fun for the arena, a horse to work cattle on, one to take down the trail, or simply something the whole family can enjoy. He has been countless miles and is as proven as they come. My 11 yr old has been roping the calf and heel sled on him and my 8 yr old plays with him on the barrels and poles!
