Wow would you just stop and take a good hard look at this special individual. We are super excited to introduce you to Banjo. A 4 yr old cross bred gelding that we raised right here on our farm. He is out of a Percheron Morgan mare and sired by AQHA Skippinonabluestar See the pictures of his parents
He has been handled and messed since birth. Which makes him super gentle and he absolutely loves people
He was started under saddle and harness his 2 yr old year lightly and then used regularly last year here on our farm.
From wagon rides,dragging the arena,ponying colts, trail rides or really about anything you can imagine. O and last year he was part of a 4 horse stagecoach hitch that we put together for a friends wedding.
He has 3 comfortable gaits and collects up nicely with a big trot,so could go so many different directions
We feel he is the perfect size with good bone and structure and still very athletic. He is strong from the horn and has some run when asked.
He has always been sound and healthy for us and we kept him barefoot most of the time.
He is current on all vaccinations,deworming and dental work.
He is absolutely gentle and kind in every way and wonโt get fresh with time off. He is more of a forward moving type and will move out easily so we feel he is not for a green type rider.
