Buck is a beautiful Buckskin gelding; a grandson of Hollywood DunIt. (4 million Dollar Sire) His attributes don’t end with his striking looks. He has many great qualities.

Majority of his time under saddle he has served as a general ranch horse riding in all sorts of terrain. He will ride out with a group of horses or by himself just fine. Tracking through washes, up or down steep hills, and in rocky conditions with no problems. It wasn’t uncommon for him to ride into a herd of cattle where you could swing a rope off of him to doctor cattle. For the trail riding enthusiast, he has a large ground covering walk and a comfortable lope/canter. He isn’t pokey yet he doesn’t jig or anticipate while out on a trail. We best describe him as having a controlled motor. He doesn’t require much leg yet safe and very moderate in response. He ties, hauls, and shoes with no problems or resistance. He is sound and has excellent general health.

We expect Buck to continue as a great partner for an avid equine enthusiast. He would be best suited for those looking to gain miles of trails, ranching, or western dressage type events.
