Meet Asher, he may be an Appaloosa, but he does have a full mane and tail! I am starting college full time and unfortunately will have to find a new home for him. He is very special to me and will always be my heart horse. I’ve had him for a couple years now and had trainers work with him and me. I have taken him to three 4-H shows, he has done well with those, he just needs more fine tuning, but has a lot of potential in that area. He’s very curious and loves to try new things, which is why he enjoys going up in the mountains so much. He is an amazing trail horse and will go wherever you need him to go. I’ve packed out an elk on him as well as camping gear, he carried it with ease. He’s very friendly and loves attention. I would recommend an intermediate rider as he gets distracted easily and just needs a steady hand. He has a nice smooth trot, lope, and canter, has good transitions and can pick up both leads. He has never offered a buck, kick, or rear, he will lead and follow, is at the bottom of the pecking order, loads, ties, has no health issues and is completely sound.
