This eye-catching 10-year-old gelding stands at a sturdy 15.1hh with plenty of bone and a striking color that turns heads. He is sound, solid, and built to last. He’s easy to catch in a large pen, though he may give a little snort if he hasn’t been caught in a few days—just his way of checking in. In a herd, he tends to rank near the top and carries himself with quiet confidence. Under saddle, he’s calm and more of a push-type ride. He’s had plenty of miles out on the road and has been ridden by older kids, though we aren’t marketing him as a kids’ horse. He walk/trot/lopes, catches both leads, moves off leg pressure, and neck reins—though we wouldn’t quite call him “handy” yet. He loads easily and stands tied all day without a fuss. He’s sweet, good-minded, and looking for someone special to connect with. He’d do best with an intermediate rider or above and would thrive with a regular job and consistent partnership. He is grade, and this video is just a sneak peek of what he has to offer.
