Guinness is a 13.2hh mustang from Beatty's Butte HMA. A barn favorite, she is the first horse to greet everyone that walks into the barn. If you have treats, she will follow you anywhere! Easy keeper, thrives on local hay and a ration balancer. Does well in both 24/7 turnout and stall + turnout. Has been in mixed herds and tends to be near the top of the pecking order. Loads and hauls well, good for the vet and farrier. Guinness is wtc broke and started over fences. She has schooled up to 2'6" at home (though inconsistently) and shown at 2'0". She needs a confident rider as she is a more forward ride and is a greenish for her age. I believe Guinness could also do well as an endurance horse. She does best when ridden at least 3x a week. Guinness is not without some quirks. Bath time is her least favorite activity, especially the first bath when winter is over. She does do better the more she often she gets a bath. She has not found a puddle she doesn't like and will spend the majority of her time an off-white brown color. Guinness has the occasional issue with pulling back when tied. It happens very rarely, and using a tie blocker ring has helped immensely. She hasn't been ridden as consistently recently, so she is a little out of shape and well... round. I have too many horses and not enough time to keep up with this sweet girl. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1vp6t6DwSiCtijGc_1eqcA4DAwtdwuy1t Videos should be in the link above.
