Very road safe and used for trail riding. He can trot, canter and has a nice 4 beat gait. Teddy is a big guy, built like a warmblood, 16.3 hh. Perfect ground manners. Half lease is 3 rides a week and includes one lesson. Lease is $500 if you just want a lesson it’s $60. Barn has indoor and outdoor arena and covered round pen. Pilchuck is behind barn so thousands of trails. The reality of owning a horse in western Washington has become ridiculously expensive. I pay $80 just for trims!
