Chip is 9yr old bay gelding, standing at 12h- as thick as he is tall. He can pack an adult with no problem. He’s built like a tank, looks like a mini version of a reining horse and SAFE! He is strong, kind and very quiet with a slow mind. Let your kids take him out on the ranch now gather cows, rope on him, or take him to the arena and let them work the stripping chutes, he’s fun to shag cows on. He’ll track, he’ll run one down, very Cowy. He is great by himself or in a group, doesn’t matter. No bad pony behaviors. He isn’t finished in roping but you can rope out of the box with him now. He won’t take that much longer to finish the way you want him. One had broke, good stop. He will not run out from under your kid. Doesn’t take a handy kid to ride him. He is BROKE! Same horse in every arena. Loads, clips, baths, high lines, swims in the river. Rope the smarty, and enter all the play day events on him. If you’re looking for a baby sitter this guy is it. Put your kid on and he’ll follow the lead horses or stand in the arena all day. You choose the pace. He’s a cool horse.
