10yr old grade mare. Green broke, but has a solid start. Best suited as a trail horse or occasional horse. Puppy dog personality. very little is known about her history. I purchased her in April of 2025 unbroke, with the intention of making her my timed event horse. However, she has long fetlocks and a weird bone angle in her front feet which would cause extra strain that I do not want to put on her. I will happily provide vet records and X-rays for serious inquires. She is sound, but will require some maintenance of adequan or equioxx. She is a very confident horse. When training her, I have had her bolt 3 times. But while she's been on the trail and for the most part she just trots forward a little bit. She has good ground manners and a solid foundation in ground work. She crosses water beautifully while following another horse. Still figuring out her footing with big rocks, but she loves water. Getting her to lead through should be pretty easy with more time. She ponies well. walks as a medium pace. But also happy to mosey. She does not like other horses riding her rump. Malibu just needs a confident rider to put miles on her. She is one you can drop and pick up as needed. After 2 months of training with me, she was off for a month (figuring out her lameness as mentioned above) I put 2 bareback rides in a halter in my field then went camping at Timothy lake and she was a camp.
