This is Lady, or as we affectionately call her: Ladybug.
Lady is a sweet and very pretty looking mare. She is fun and bring laughs to anywhere she is. She stands well, leads well, loves brushing, good with water, good on walks, loads herself in the trailer and is UTD on shots.
She is registered, gets along with anyone in pasture and is a very easy keeper. Unfortunately she is for sale as a buddy horse for either human or other horses. She was sent to me for training last October, she was very fun to ride and coming along very well. It pains me to say a months ago she began to show discomfort with a saddle on with or without a rider. She was taken to the vet and discovered to have kissing spine. The way it looked on the x-ray was she is unaffected until the weight of a rider or saddle is placed on her back, causing a slight dip and pinching of the vertebrae. She moves around the pasture very well and doesn't seem to have any discomfort other than with a saddle. She is fun on the ground and could be someones best friend or liberty horse. She is so smart and fun it just seems to be an unfortunate card she's been dealt.
Her owner loves her but is looking for a horse their grandchildren can ride so I was asked to find a better home fro her. Price is negotiable, we just want her to have a happy home.
