Rocky is a handsome 14-year-old Paint gelding standing just under 16 hands, and he truly is the definition of a versatile, all-around horse. Whether your interests are English, Western, trail riding, lessons, or simply having a dependable partner to enjoy, Rocky is the kind of horse that fits effortlessly into almost any program. The first thing you’ll notice about Rocky is his kind personality. He is as sweet as they come and has the type of quiet, easygoing demeanor that makes everyone who meets him fall in love. He’s patient, honest, and incredibly forgiving, making him a horse that gives his rider confidence every time they climb in the saddle. Rocky was professionally started as a Western Pleasure horse and spent time in the show ring, giving him a solid, correct foundation that still shines through today. He’s a beautiful mover with soft, comfortable gaits, moves willingly off your leg, and has flying lead changes. Under English tack, he is equally enjoyable, happily working over ground poles and low-level jumps with ease. If someone wanted to polish him up and head back into the show ring, he has all the fundamentals to do so. One of Rocky’s greatest qualities is his adaptability.
