Polly has an in your pocket, cheerful & outgoing personality. She is never marish and is the same horse every day, including with time off. She loves being ridden, being with people and other horses. She is very brave and loyal to her person.
I purchased her from her breeder as a nine year-old and started her myself. She has done basic dressage and is highly trained on the lunge line. She can free lunge in a round pen or open arena. She is a phenomenal school horse on the longe line and has taught young beginners.
She enjoys poles and jumping small obstacles. She knows how to use her back properly and stretch forward/ down. She is smooth to ride and has an over tracking walk, a forward trot and round canter.
She has only known kind handling and is totally confident in whatever environment she is in. She can be ridden around the farm or trails in a halter-she has seen trucks, motorcycles, dogs, chickens etc. she can be ridden alone at night and near fireworks and horses galloping in the field.
She has a soft quiet mouth, and can be ridden at all gaits and over obstacles in a halter/ bit-less/ or bridle.
She has never had any health issues or colic. She is very athletic and stays fit with minimal exercise. She has ahealthy metabolism and no restrictions. She is fine on pasture or hay.
A life situation is why she is offered for sale. She is a very special horse who would make a wonderful partner for an amateur or junior rider in dressage /hunters /working equitation or as a pleasure and companion horse.
