“Mojo”, following suit with fun action names (Austin Powers, his sister is James Bond themed), is a big, kind, easy going sporthorse colt who was bred to be an endurance machine and would rather just chill out, be brushed and bathed, spoiled and loved on, and will be looking at a career as a lovely big hunter/equitation/derby prospect.
He sports all of the chrome and can be dual registered pinto due to numerous smaller belly spots. He’s a big guy - just turned a year old and is already comfortably in a cob halter and 70” blanket. He also has substantial bone. (his full sister is more refined and always has been.) His sister has an absolutely incredible big, careful jump with plenty of scope and fantastic knees, and I am sure that he will too.
He’s been gelded and is ready to go. He has zero stud colt tendencies and still thinks he’s a little baby around the barn despite doing all of the “big boy things” well - so moving into a different routine now would be a great shift for his psyche and maturity.
He leads, hard ties, cross ties, loads and trailers perfect, stands held and tied for the farrier like a very good boy, can handle easily for feet in the paddock, blanket, learning to lunge and has fabulous ground manners. He is sensitive and will need a soft, kind knowledgeable hand to bring him along.
