🐴 RANCH EXPERIENCE • FAMILY FRIENDLY • STARTED HEADING • TRAIL HORSE • ONE-HANDED BROKE
If you’ve spent any amount of time searching for that hard-to-find, genuinely good-minded gelding that combines real-world ranch experience, a solid handle, versatility, and an exceptional disposition, then you’ll want to take a serious look at BIRD!
At just four years old, Bird already has the kind of foundation and exposure that so many people spend years trying to put on a horse.
He’s been used in the feedyard, worked outside, ridden through different terrain, exposed to cattle, and started on the heading side. He’s extremely cowy and has the willingness and natural ability to continue developing into a very nice rope horse.
But what makes Bird truly special is that he isn’t limited to just one job!
⭐ BROKE THE WAY YOU WANT ONE!
Bird has a nice, uncomplicated handle that makes him enjoyable to ride.
✅ Rides one-handed
✅ Neck reins
✅ Has a good stop
✅ Picks up both leads
✅ Stands quietly for mounting
✅ Has been ridden by riders of different experience levels
✅ Willing, responsive, and easygoing
He’s the kind you can simply saddle up, get on, and enjoy without feeling like you’re constantly having to manage him.
🐂 REAL RANCH EXPERIENCE!
Bird has put in time working in the feedyard and being used outside. He understands having a job, is comfortable around cattle, and shows a tremendous amount of natural cow sense.
He’s been started heading out of the box and offers someone the opportunity to continue building on an already versatile foundation.
Whether you need a horse to check cattle, ride pastures, help with ranch chores, or continue training in the roping pen, Bird has the experience and attitude to be a valuable addition to your program.
🌿 FROM THE RANCH TO THE TRAILS!
Bird is no stranger to getting outside and seeing the world!
He crosses water, logs, brush, bridges, and navigates obstacles without making a big production out of things.
He’s been trail ridden and has the kind of willing personality that makes exploring new places enjoyable.
❤️ A FAMILY FAVORITE!
Our daughter has even enjoyed playing around on the barrel pattern with Bird!
He’s been ridden by different levels of riders, and his quiet, forgiving personality is one of the things we appreciate most about him.
This gelding is incredibly sweet, loves attention, and has that in-your-pocket personality that makes you fall in love with him. But don’t mistake affectionate for pushy Bird understands boundaries and respects your space.
And one of his BEST qualities?
YOU CAN LEAVE HIM SIT, PULL HIM OUT, AND RIDE RIGHT OFF!
He doesn’t need a daily riding schedule to remain enjoyable. No unnecessary nonsense, no funny business, and no complicated routine just to get a ride in.
